Marine conservation and science literacy are at the heart of our organization.
OceansMicro depends on generous individuals like you to help propel our mission to provide incredible educational plankton programs for high school and middle school students. We provide our programs free of charge to schools to allow for maximum engagement for districts of all funding levels. This allows us to educate and connect with as many students as possible.
In order to do this, we need YOUR help!
Collecting and analyzing plankton samples requires costly, specialized supplies such as nets, microscopes, slides, cameras, and more. Your donation will apply directly towards supplies, and therefore increase the number of students who will be able to participate in our programs.
Each member of the OceansMicro team is deeply committed to increasing science literacy, helping to deepen the understanding of the world’s oceans, and promoting conservation. We are incredibly appreciative of your generosity.
